Close to a metro station, the location was marvellous and magnificent, to the fish market. Our room was stylish, also it had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television:)))

Good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are perfect and stylish, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel's staff are very amiable.

The complementary coffee and tea were great, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the cozy blankets they provided, perfect for the chilly weather.

Our stay during Christmas was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the room was uncomfortably small and cramped, with a bed that was difficult to move around.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tsukiji station and the fish market and is easily accessible from the Hibiya subway line. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with facilities such as a coffee machine and a Toto shower stall that prevent water spillage. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is a delight with various options available.

One downside is the lack of easy access to other parts of the city, as the Hibiya subway line is not as convenient as other lines.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to multiple train lines. It was in a great area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything seemed new and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were well-designed and modern with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay over New Year’s Eve. the hotel offered a variety of late-night snacks, including a coffee machine and a selection of teas.

The price for the hotel room jumped significantly after the first two nights, making it a more expensive stay than anticipated. Lastly, there were some minor maintenance issues, such as a noisy heater and limited TV channels that could have been improved.

Mind-blowing location, just 1 min to train station! Jaw-dropping sushi market within 5 min walk! Super new hotel with free coffee, helpful staff, and amazing Toto shower!

The location of Oriental Express was excellent, right next to the metro station and within walking distance to Ginza. The hotel interior had a nice design and the cafe area was a great place to relax or work during the day. The staff were helpful and could speak English, which was a bonus. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant accommodations.
